Underwater world

Linn and I were suppose to go hiking today but the girls who we were suppose to go with canceled on us the last minute so we decided to go to Sealife and I forced my awesomest friend Dakoda with me. I think we were the only people there over the age of ten and probably had more fun than anyone else. We saw all types of fish in all sizes, seals, sharks and so much more. The otters we saw were so cute they actually made me tear up. In a bit I am going to get ready for day drinking and taps with Linn and then go out tonight and partyyyyy!! 

Bye bye winter

I am pleased to announce that winter is coming to an end. Wahoo! For several days now the sun has been shining and people have been smiling. The nights don't make me shiver as badly anymore and the beach is once again turning into my second home. However yesterday morning there was an earthquake... scary stuff! Everyone seemed to have felt it but me... and I was awake by that time. Strange!

Anywho, I went to the beach today and got my tan on. I recently got back and no one seems to be at home so I am sitting on my balcony drinking some blackcurrant and apple drink Dominic bought. It is really good! Gonna go down to the post office in a bit and post some letters :) Been a while since I did that. Hope everyone has an awesome Friday and a good weekend.

Lazy day in bed

One of those days when I just have not been bothered to get out of bed. I fell asleep at like 3am last night and was woken up at 7am. I fell back asleep though and was woken up once again at 10am. I was suppose to go to university today but I needed to add an extra course and that messed with my schedule so I didn't have to go today, which was nice because of my tiredness. I have literally just been chilling and cuddling in bed all day. Catching up on some TV shows ;) Can do that now with a functioning wifi. Tomorrow though I have university again but only for an hour and then my Friday course doesn't start until next week which is pretty sweet. So it has been a relaxing week, not that I needed much more relaxing after the long holiday I just had haha.

A weekend in Brisbane

As my last weekend before uni started, Linn and I went to Brisbane. My friend Rhyce drove us there and we checked into a hostel. We lived with the weirdest people but it was heaps of fun. We arrived pretty late Friday night so we just went for a long walk. The next day we went shopping. We spent hours out in town and it was awesome. When we got back we got ready and started drinking with some people from the hostel. We then went out to a club called Birdees with them. The next day we had to get up early to check out which was hard because we were way too hangover but we managed. We then decided to hitchhike home. We got a ride from the sweetest girl ever and came home around 1-2 in the day. I was so exhausted when we got back. But it was an awesome weekend. I can't wait to show my parents the beautiful city when they come visit :)

Dark hair

Hello all lovely readers. Once again I apologise for being all out of it lately but I'll soon be back on track! Promise :) I am spending this weekend (last weekend before uni starts) in Brisbane with Linn. At the moment I am sitting and eating salad at a salads bar while I wait for Linn to finish her recidence test. Tonight we are going out to party! But I'll write about our trip here during the week. 

I totally forgot to mention that I've dyed my hair. It was suppose to be brown but it got a bit dark so at the moment it looks black. But I like it :)

Catch up

This is my last week of holiday before I start university on Monday again and I am so excited. Our home now is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have been luckier with our place. The past few days have been a lot of fun. As usual I've had a lot of people hanging out at my place which is always fun. I took a spontaneous road trip to brisbane with Laityn, Rhyce and Kyuss on Friday and then went out with Linn. The night was very...interesting and dramatic at the time but we have been laughing about it ever since. 

Hopefully I'll get wifi on Friday again and then my blogging will be back to normal :)

No wifi

As I've mentioned I've moved but I won't be having any wifi for another two weeks so blogging isn't going to be something that I'll be able to do very much. But I'll update you all on what's been going on with me lately. Well I've moved to a beautiful little unit and I already love it. Right now we are just fixing everything and it will probably take a couple of weeks until everything is completely perfect but that's fine. I got a tattoo! Woohoo! there is honestly no better feeling than marking something that symbolises you on your body. And not so good news, I have a crazy bad cold so I am going to go to the store now to buy some things that can make me feel better. I don't know when I'll blog again but when wifi gets connected I'll be updating regularly so hang tight :)

Today has been a good day! Despite my lack of sleep last night (slept for two hours due to nightmares). I got up at six o'clock and started cleaning, then I hung out with some friends at a mall in Kawana that I've only been to once before. Outside the apartment Dominic and I bumped into Dakoda and the three of us decided to take the bus to Maroochydore. I introduced them to the Scandic cafe and I ate SKAGEN RÖRA! Yuuuuum!!! We then went to Sunshine Plaza and walked around there, looking at things for our new place. we got home around three and we just started putting on music and tried to twerk, squat and other fun things. A lot of laughs were involved. Linn came home and caught us in the middle of singing Let It Go by James Bay on the top of our lungs. I then spoke to my brother and then my best friend Rita which was good, been a while since I talked to them. So I am satisfied with the day. Now I am going to leave this room and be social with my friends.

Fishing and other fun stuff

These past two days have been beyond great. Now that I am on holiday I am spicing things up a little in my life and doing things almost every day. Life is looking up again, got a house and moving in on monday so Dominic are going to go there today and get everything settled with the owners.
Yesterday however, Laityn and Mason took Linn and I fishing. I can honestly only remember one other time I went fishing and that was when I was about nine years old and my grandpa hired a boat for us and we went out close to where they were living at the time. I can't actually remember us catching any fish then though, but we did yesterday. It was really scary but it was fun. I caught a bunch of little fish that needed to be thrown back and then one big, Linn caught one big fish and we then ate them for dinner. Mason cooked us a nice meal and it was delish!!! At night I went with Linn and Laityn to the movies and saw Jurassic World. I didn't actually really like it but I do love Jurassic Park so I was a bit disappointed.
Today I woke up around nine and went to first eat nachos and then to the beach with Kyuss and Laityn. We sat there for a few hours, had a couple of drinks and then we went to the bridge to jump off it and into the water. It was a lot of fun actually. I then joined Sarah who is leaving today to the beach and just hung out. Now I am at Linn's place, considering whether or not to go for a long walk or maybe just go back to the beach because being alone at home is boring.
