What do I think of Courtney Stodden?

Courtney Stodden... a lot of things come to mind when her name is mentioned I'm sure. For those of you who do not know who she is, she is a 19 year old girl, born 1994, from America who married 51 year old actor Doug Hutchinson at the age of 16. Their story blew up and everyone talked about it. Doug was called a pedophile and a perv, Courtney was called a whore and a gold digger.

Last year, their marriage ended in divorce which was to be expected I guess. Here is my opinion though, I do not think that she was after his money, and I do not think she is a gold digger. My first reaction to it all was OH MY GOD! THAT IS CRAZY! but honestly, who am I to judge? I don't know how they feel and how they would feel without each other. You can't choose who you love and I do believe that it was real actually. However, if I may be critical, I do think that Doug should've been more considerate of Courtney's age and maybe if they would've waited with the I Do's, their relationship may have lasted longer. I believe that is the main reason for the divorce because as Courtney got a bit older, she realized that she has a lot of life in her left and she needs to explore to get to know herself. That does not exactly mean that she didn't love her husband.

I am now watching Celebrity Big Brother for the first time starring Courtney Stodden nontheless. I stumbled across the first episode by accident and I got hooked. I can say that my image of this girl has completely changed. It is easy to judge a girl with Dolly Parton looking hair, breast implants and a dress so short it shows off half her ass, but it is truly the inside that counts. Now that I have seen almost half of the season starring her, I can say that she is one of the few people in the season who is always sweet to everyone, doesn't talk shit about anyone, isn't rude and stays away from the drama. All respect to that! She is funny and it seems like everyone likes her. Since she was still married at the time of this, she probably felt like she could let loose away from her husband. I mean she is 19, who doesn't want to let loose at that age? But actually, say what you want about her, I think she seems to be a very sweet person. Love is love and no one can say otherwise. I know it is like a year old this season but I don't know how it ends but I kind off hope Courtney does. Or Abz! Love him too haha!
