Hence the question mark at the end of that title. I am not giving out tips, I am asking for them. I don't know what it is but I have a very hard time sleeping at night. Especially during the full moon because I get headaches and such then.
It didn't bother me as much before because I prefer the night. It sounds weird but I feel more safe and comfortable during the night, so I don't want to miss it but now that I work more, and planning more for the future, I am starting to have an issue with it. It is no fun just laying in bed four in the morning trying to snooze into my dreams, and continuously failing. I've tried just about anything. Chamomile tea, music in the background, downloading a lullaby app for babies, downloaded relaxing sounds of the nature, I've taken all the electronics out of my room, blind folded myself, spike mat, reading before sleeping, night walks, night runs and yet I am up. It sucks tucking myself in at 11 and realizing the next minute the sun is coming up again.
I've now looked up online therapy for it. I found something called insomnia yoga that I am going to try and an app that's suppose to be very helpful called Sleephypno but it says to be very careful with that one and make sure not to use it every night. I'll give those two a try and see if something changes. What could happen is that I do fall asleep but wake up again a short while later, because that happens to me some nights. I daze off lots of times but keep waking up.
Please if anyone has any awesome ideas or a similar problem, reach out to me, any help would be appreciated. :)

hello marta. i like your blog and i like how u update it often. i must say though that reading your posts like these are worrying. i dont know u personally but it seems to me that u have some deep phsycological problems that you are denying and not getting enough sleep is a side effect. also in your post where you open up u really seemed to try to convince yourself and not your readers that you are doing better and you are using your friends as protection. i am studying phsycology so i find it interesting. i hope i have not offended you but i always feel it is better to say somethng when you have a chance dont you agree?
