My dinner today, I was in the mood for Chinese and I had never made dumplings before so I figured I would give it a try and it turned out really good.
Recipe:
Mix together 1-2dl flour and 0.5-1dl but make sure the dough isn't sticky. Keep the dough under a towel for 30 minutes.
Tear a chunk of cucumber into tiny pieces and mix it with a hand full of bean sprouts. Put a piece of salmon in the oven for 15 minutes, the chop it into tiny pieces and mix it with the cucumber mix. Pour a table spoon of oyster sauce and a table spoon of sesamoil in to the mix. Crush a garlic clove and add a dash of salt too and put it the fridge for a while.
Chop up as much chili as one can handle, crush a garlic clove and cut a small piece of ginger to small pieces. Put the spices in a bowl and mix it with 1tbs of soy sauce, 0.5tbs with apple vinegar and 0.5tbl of sesamoil. Add a dash of sugar and mix it together.
Boil rice noodles for a few minutes in broth. When the noodles are soft, pour the water out and cover the noodles with the sauce.
Divide the dough into four pieces and make the flat. Put equally as much of the salmon salad into the each piece of dough and fold them together. Boil water and put the dumplings into the water for about three minutes each.
Eat the dish some soy sauce and enjoy :)
