I woke up an hour ago and this day is already going wrong. I had my alarm at 8 because I had a doctors appointment at 8.30 and when I woke up, I had the worst cramps ever and a slight headache but I figure that it will go away eventually so I am not going to complain too much ;) Then while I was on my way, my bike breaks down and I don't know how to fix a bike, so then I needed to leave it outside an elderly home and walk the rest of the day, which isn't far but still. When I get there, I am all embarrassed because I was going to remove a mole from my ass (hehe...) so they needed to give me anesthesia, except that it didn't work so I felt it when they cut on the mole and that hurt a lot! So then I was on the road back home, when the anesthesia started to kick in and I suddenly couldn't feel my ass anymore and walking without any feeling in that area... awkward!
Anyway, the told me no work out for twenty four hours which sucks because today was suppose to be my work out day since I just stayed home most of yesterday :( I was signed up for indoor walking and now I can't do that. Also, I've started doing squats, 60 squats a day but I try doing more, and I today is the first day I won't be going any in like two weeks which means that I need to do extra much tomorrow.
Do you squat?
It is a good work out when you don't feel like doing a lot, although it is hardwork and takes a lot of energy. It does however give great results. Try 30 squats a day and see if you feel a difference :)
