Chili

I took three hours of my day to make a delicious chili that my mother and I later had for dinner. My mum was working all day, and I didn't have much to do, so it worked out well. Although it is a lot of waiting around too while making a chili so in those times I had time to read a bit, and I even spent thirty minutes at the gym. Yay me! Although my legs were actually pretty sore from my run yesterday and long ass underwear walk with Jesper. But that is all good, because then I can feel that I've done something.

I wanted to however write the recipe of my amazing chili so you guys can "steal" it from me and make it at home :)

Fry the meat in some oil until it gets a brown colour. Then remove the meat from the saucepan
Chop yellow onion, carrots, chili, ginger and garlic and put in the saucepan with some oil. When the pieces start to soften and get a different colour, put the meat back in
Pour stock, crushed tomatoes and a bottle of beer into the saucepan. Also sprinkle the stew with any spices you think suitable. I used chili powder and cumin. Then leave the stew on medium heat and let it do its own magic for about an hour
Chop up some pieces of peppers and put that in the stew. Mix it around a little and let it be on the stove for another hours and a half
Ready to serve! It works perfectly with rice, potatoes, bread, veggies or anything else you like. Enjoy the meal ;)
